Does GymCore offer Trial Classes?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All new students are welcome to try a tumbling class for only $10! If you decide to sign up, that amount will go towards your first month of tuition.

What is the GymCore GymBox?

Our seasonal GymBox is packed with goodies valued at $200+! Each box is made-to-order and includes:

- One seasonal clothing item (e.g., tank top, T-shirt, long sleeve)
- Other fun items like drinkware, hair supplies, and theme-related goodies

Question 4

What if GymCore is closed for a holiday or inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

If classes get canceled due to inclement weather, we would try to reschedule. If that is not possible, then families would receive a make-up token. You will be notified via email, social media, and through the website.

Holidays are already taken into consideration for your monthly tuition. Our calendar year has 48 classes with 12 months, averaging 4 weeks per month. Months you have extra classes we don't charge more and when we close for breaks we don't charge less. It all averages out over the year.

Do you have a Lost & Found?

GymCore is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We strongly encourage you to label everything. Any items left behind will be tossed or donated by the end of the week. Please make sure your child comes home with everything they bring and check the lost and found frequently.

Question 6

What should spectators know?

Accepted Answer

- For everyone's safety, please stay in the viewing areas during class. Parent Tot classes are the only exception.

- NO flash photography. This rule keeps our athletes safe from distractions.

- Try to communicate with your child before or after class to help them stay focused and safe.

- If you need to talk to an instructor, please do so before or after class. They're happy to help but need to focus on the kids during class.

- If a child gets hurt, our trained staff will handle the situation. Parents should stay in the viewing area and wait for instructions from our staff or a medical professional.

What happens if my child misses a class?

Accepted Answer

Make-up options are available. You will have 30 days after a missed class to use your make-up token. GymCore does NOT refund monies paid or prorate for classes missed. To schedule a make-up, please contact us at gymcoreinfo@gmail.com.

What should my child wear to class?

Accepted Answer

Loose clothing can be dangerous during gymnastics activities. Here's what your child should wear:

**Girls in tumbling classes:**
- One-piece leotard (athletic shorts or leggings can be worn over it)
- Athletic shorts or leggings with a sports bra and tight tank top

**Girls in gymnastics classes:**
- One-piece leotard (athletic shorts or leggings can be worn over it)

**Boys in tumbling or gymnastics classes:**
- Compression shorts with athletic shorts over them
- Performance shirt (optional)

Does my child need to bring anything to class?

We recommend bringing your own water bottle for class.
