Why do I need to set up an account?
It is important to have every active member set up within our system because this is where you will sign up a child or yourself for a class/training session. This portal will assist in the registration process, provide all required waivers, payment methods, and class information needed to keep communication streamlined between all parties.
Why do I have to have a card on file?
This is part of our tuition policy and a requirement for all active members. Tuition for regularly scheduled classes will be automatically charged on a monthly basis, but you will be notified in advance.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
When you click on 'Log into Existing Account', it will direct you to a new page that you can add your login information or click on the 'forgot password' option. Then follow their steps for recovering your account.
