Opportunities
TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The GymCore Tuition Assistance Program helps make extracurricular activities like tumbling and gymnastics accessible to more families in our community. With every $2,500 contributed, five additional children gain the opportunity to participate in our programs. Families awarded assistance receive 50% off monthly tuition for up to two children or two classes, with re-application every six months to ensure support reaches those with the greatest need. In addition, our goal is to provide each child with a class-appropriate uniform, removing another financial barrier to participation.
OPEN PLAY EVENTS
Our Open Play events create affordable, family-friendly opportunities for children to stay active and engaged. We currently partner with the MOMs Club of Murfreesboro, offering deeply discounted tickets so families with limited budgets can participate. To make the experience inclusive and enjoyable, we provide stations such as coloring areas for children who need a break, and families receive helpful handouts as they leave. Looking ahead, we hope to expand this program to serve additional community groups throughout the year, giving even more families access to safe, enriching activities. With your support, we can strengthen this program and extend its reach, helping more families in our community experience the joy and benefits of active play.
AWARDS CEREMONY
Twice a year, GymCore celebrates our young athletes with a special Awards Ceremony, recognizing their hard work, growth, and dedication. Participants showcase their skills in front of family and friends and receive medals, event t-shirts, and goodie bags to mark their achievements.

The event draws a large audience of parents, siblings, and community supporters, providing excellent opportunities for sponsors through tabling, brand visibility, and recognition. Sponsor contributions directly fund medals, shirts, and goodie bags—helping every child feel celebrated—while also supporting community pride and lasting connections with local families.
